Audette is a dual-licensed Registered Nurse and Registered Social Worker who brings over a decade of experience in both hospital and community mental health settings. Her clinical focus includes trauma, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders, and she integrates advanced therapeutic modalities such as Emotion-Focused Therapy, AEDP, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, CBT, and Person-Centred approaches.
